The hotel had a charming old-fashioned style with grandiose touches. The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast had a wide range of options. The location was beautiful with mountain views and a nearby forest.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Wonderful hotel location near Tatras and beautiful forest. Good breakfast. Clean bedroom and bathroom with comfortable beds. Amazing Tatras view from hotel. Good and safe parking facility. Very good benefit/cost ratio. Beautiful setting with great mountain view. Affordable price with breakfast included

The hotel has a great location surrounded by beautiful woods and with breathtaking views of the mountains. the room was clean and comfortable with fast Wi-Fi and a nice balcony with a deck chair. the staff was caring and attentive, and the breakfast had a wide range of options. there was daily press available for free.
The public rooms and bar terrace were designed in a way that they face away from the fantastic view of the mountains, which was frustrating and disappointing who wanted to enjoy the scenery.

This hotel has a great mountain view from your window and it is surrounded by beautiful woods. the free Wi-Fi was fast and available on each floor. the rooms had new furniture, windows, and a big balcony with deck chairs. the press is offered in Slovak, so you can keep up with the news. the breakfast selection was really good and varied, including ham, yogurt, pastries, and more. And the best thing was definitely the price, which was very reasonable for what we received.
Although the hotel had many positives, it still needs some improvement.

I recently enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay at a charming hotel nestled in the mountains. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had clean, fresh comfortable rooms. The Christmas atmosphere was magical with a beautifully decorated tree in the lobby and nightly festive entertainment. The location was outstanding for skiing and there were plenty of scenic mountain trails to explore. The daily breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like home.
While the hotel had a lot of charm, there were some drawbacks including the limited space in the rooms, which were a bit cramped for a family of four and made it difficult to move around. The restaurant staff could have been a bit more attentive and friendly, but the food was good and reasonably priced.
